Refund and Returns Policy

You will see our transaction listed as “FF Bill Pay” on your bank statement.

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days and applies only to physical products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. 

For digital services, you can confirm your purchase over the phone. If you encounter any issues or problems related to digital services, please report them to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, we will attempt to resolve the issue at no extra cost. Alternatively, we will issue a full refund within the first seven days of your purchase.

Please note that the 30-day refund, return, and exchange policy is only valid for physical products.
